About the Studio

Harmony Street Yoga is located in a lovingly restored 19th-century carriage house in Historic New Castle, Delaware. Today, the studio features a beautiful wood floor, abundant natural light, and modern comforts including heat and air conditioning—creating a space that is both grounding and restorative.

Here, yoga and meditation are offered as practices of presence, connection, and gentle transformation.
