Guided meditation

I hope you will join me for this very peaceful meditation. You will begin your journey by relaxing your physical body by doing a few very gentle restorative movements using bolsters and pillows. Then, you will snuggle down amid the blankets and pillows to make yourself completely comfortable.
In this meditation you will be guided on a journey through time and space, allowing for several “stops along the way.” This will be a very peaceful journey, designed to heal, sooth, and unify all aspects of your physical, spiritual, and light body. This is meditation “play time!” Come play!
No previous yoga experience is necessary for this meditation.
This session is approximately 90 minutes long. The cost for this event is $25 Space is limited to 8 - PLEASE register early. Thank you.
Full Moon
Chakra Balancing
& Restorative Yoga
Monday, March 2nd at 6:30pm
We will begin this evening’s meditation by relaxing with some very gentle restorative poses that everyone can do easily. No yoga experience is necessary.
At this very special Full Moon Restorative event you will be guided through simple, yet powerful, breathing techniques to help open, balance, and strengthen your chakras. You will also participate in a deep guided meditation, helping to realign and balance the seven primary chakras.
If you have your own chakra crystals and stones, you are encouraged to bring them. I will have several sets available for you to use during the balancing.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes | Cost for this event is $25.
About Chakra Balancing
Chakra balancing works on the premise that the body’s energy flows through seven primary chakras, each associated with specific physical and emotional functions. When these energy centers are aligned and balanced, the body and mind operate optimally. Conversely, blockages or imbalances in one or more chakras can manifest as physical discomfort, emotional instability, or spiritual disconnection.
Chakra balancing facilitate a free energy flow, fostering equilibrium, balance, and calm (harmony). By focusing on specific chakras, we gain insights into our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors (self-awareness). Aligning energy centers deepens one’s sense of connection to oneself, others, and the universe.

Please, take this opportunity to leave the outside world behind and journey gently within. This is not a yoga class, nor is it a guided meditation.
